Menu structure
Overview
Build the category tree in Deliverect so main categories and subcategories map cleanly to the kiosk sidebar and content areas.
Use the naming pattern Main_category/Subcategory for nested categories (for example BUCKETS/Buckets).
Main categories become the left-hand kiosk menu; subcategories and nested choice groups appear in the main panel.
